Shipping & Handling
Worldwide shipping is flat rate. All products are well-packed to prevent damage.
Orders are sent via tracked air shipping except for sticker & print orders which are untracked.
Processing Time
3-5 business days for in stock items
2-3 weeks for made-to-order items (Made to order will be indicated in the item description)
This is the time required to fulfil your order.
If an item is ordered along with items with longer processing times, the longer processing time will prevail.
Shipping Time
Parcels are shipped from Singapore.
3-6 weeks for international orders
3-6 business days for Singapore orders.
Shipment is through Singapore Post and you can track your parcel status here with your tracking number.
Local (Singapore) Shipping
Local shipping is tracked and will take up to 3-6 business days for Singapore. For bulky items like desk mats and apparel, shipping will automatically be upgraded to courier shipping via Qxpress.
EU & UK Shipping
Please ensure your address is correct. If there's an issue with your order, please let me know. If you are from UK or the EU, please purchase from my Etsy shop instead to prevent customs tax issues. Do note that pre-orders are only hosted on my website, which will incur customs tax when the parcel arrives at your country.
Customs and Import Taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes e.g. VAT that may apply. These taxes are imposed by your government and not within our control. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.
If you are from the EU, please note that you will get charged with tax at customs. Failure to pay tax at EU customs will result in your parcel being returned and you will have to pay for re-shipment. Emails complaining about EU VAT/import taxes will be ignored - please read up on your country's laws.
Germany - Verpackungsgesetz (LUCID Packaging Register)
On January 1, 2019, Germany’s Packaging Act (VerpackG) came into effect, imposing requirements on online retailers selling to buyers in Germany. The Packaging Act promotes recycling and reuse of packaging materials (e.g. cardboard boxes, tape, and bubble wrap).
Atelier Eumori is registered with LUCID, which is the Packaging Register of the Stiftung Zentrale Stelle Verpackungsregister (Central Agency Packaging Register – ZSVR).
Producers/distributors pay a license fee to the dual system for the collection, sorting and recycling of the packaging they introduced to the market. My Dual System partner is Der Grüne Punkt.
