Shipping policy

Worldwide shipping is flat rate. All products are well-packed to prevent damage.

Orders are sent via tracked air shipping except for sticker & print orders which are untracked.

Processing time
3-5 business days for in stock items 
2-3 weeks for made-to-order items

If an item is ordered along with items with longer processing times, the longer processing time will prevail.

I ship from Singapore and shipping times are 3-6 weeks for international orders. Shipment is through Singapore Post and tracking of your parcel status with your tracking number here.

Local (Singapore) Shipping

Local shipping is untracked and will take up to 3-6 business days for Singapore. For bulky items like desk mats and apparel, shipping will automatically be upgraded to tracked shipping via Qxpress.

EU & UK Shipping

Please ensure your address is correct. If there's an issue with your order, please let me know. If you are from UK or the EU, please purchase from my Etsy shop instead to prevent customs tax issues. This does not apply to pre-orders, which are only hosted on my website. Please purchase from my website if you wish to pre-order.

Germany - Verpackungsgesetz (LUCID Packaging Register)

On January 1, 2019, Germany’s Packaging Act (VerpackG) came into effect, imposing requirements on online retailers selling to buyers in Germany. The Packaging Act promotes recycling and reuse of packaging materials (e.g. cardboard boxes, tape, and bubble wrap).

Atelier Eumori is registered with LUCID, which is the Packaging Register of the Stiftung Zentrale Stelle Verpackungsregister (Central Agency Packaging Register – ZSVR).

Producers/distributors pay a license fee to the dual system for the collection, sorting and recycling of the packaging they introduced to the market. My Dual System partner is Der Grüne Punkt.

Customs and Import Taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs. If you are from the EU, please note that you may get charged with tax at customs. Failure to pay tax at EU customs will result in your parcel being returned to me and you have have to pay for re-shipment.
