Return and Exchanges

I accept returns and exchanges within 30 days. Buyer is responsible for return postage costs and any loss in value if an item isn't returned in original condition.

Cancellations & Refunds

All sales are closed and final - no refunds are accepted. Please read through item descriptions carefully before purchase. When you purchase a preorder item, you are agreeing to wait for the shipment time listed.

Parcels returned due to 1) taxes/VAT unpaid; 2) unclaimed; or 3) refused will not be refunded.
